摘要
采用热水法、超声波法、酶法、超声波协同酶法4种提取法对美味牛肝菌菌丝多糖的提取工艺进行了优化,得到最佳提取法是超声波协同酶法,最佳提取工艺条件为:加水倍数20倍,在50℃条件下,800 W超声波1 h,然后纤维素酶酶解70 min,酶用量0.8%,酶解温度50℃,p H值5.0,在此条件下多糖的提取率为8.315%。
The extraction technology of mycelium polysaccharide from Boletus edulis were optimized by hot water method,ultrasonic method,enzymatic method and ultrasonic-enzymatic method.The best extraction method was ultrasonic-enzymatic method and the optimum extraction conditions was:water multiple 1︰20,under 50 ℃,800 W ultrasonic 1 h and cellulase solution 70 min,enzyme amount 0.8 percent,enzymolysis temperature 50℃,p H value 5.0. Under these conditions,the rate of polysaccharide extraction was8.315 percent.
