摘要
独立学院在师资队伍建设中存在着两极分化严重,缺乏稳定性、学术氛围不浓等问题,针对这些问题学校应采取有力措施,切实提高师资队伍建设水平,确保人才培养质量。
Independent colleges shall take effective measures to improve the qualities of their teachers so as to ensure the quality of talent training and find out possible solutions to the problems in the construction of teaching team such as severe polarization,high mobility and poor academic atmosphere,etc.
