摘要
目的:探讨对2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者进行急诊治疗的方法和临床效果。方法:对近期我院急诊科收治的24例2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。这些患者入院后,对其均进行急诊治疗。治疗结束后,观察这些患者进行治疗的效果。结果:治疗结束后,这24例患者进行治疗的总有效率为83.3%(20/24)。结论:对2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者进行急诊综合治疗的效果显著。此治疗方法值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective ： To explore the emergency treatment of type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction. Method ： In April 2012 - April 2015 hospital admissions of 24 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with cerebral infarction as the research object. All patients were given hypoglycemic, blood lipids, nutrition brain cells, improve brain blood supply and other treatment. Result ： 24 patients in two cases of death due to ineffective treatment, and the remaining patient＇ s condition had improved markedly, clinical total effective rate was 83.3%.Conclusion ： Type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral infarction may lead to neurological impairment, the prognosis prone language features and sporty dysfunction.Active control of blood glucose in patients with specific conditions based on the patient＇ s condition, blood pressure is the key clinical outcomes of the disease increased.
