摘要
对参加野外驻训的护理人员亚健康状态进行分析归纳,发现其亚健康状态比例远高于普通护理人员,主要与驻训条件、训练强度、社会因素和女性生理因素有关;并提出相应的防范措施,为机动卫勤分队提高遂行保障任务的能力提供参考。
Sub- health condition of the nurses who participate in field training was analyzed and summarized. We found that the proportion of sub- health condition of the nurses participating in field training was much higher than that of general nurse. The main factors determining the proportion of sub- health condition were encamping conditions,exercise training intensity,social factors and physiological factors of female. This research can provide a reference for making appropriate preventive measures to improve the ability of mobile medical service units carrying out security missions.
