摘要
新兵高强度训练并随之引发的下腰痛高复发率,是长期困扰基层训练的一大难题。在研究、跟踪下腰痛运动康复新理念、新技术、新方法的基础上,提出从下腰痛常识教育、腰部运动管理、日常保健教育、心理教育四个方面介绍综合预防训练性下腰痛的实践做法,以期达到减少腰痛患病率、促进下腰痛快速康复、提高士兵体能、增强战斗力的战略目的。
The high recurrence rate of low back pain caused by intensive training in recruits,is a major problem of training in grass- roots units. On the basis of the tracking studies of new concepts,new techniques and new methods of exercise rehabilitation in low back pain,we put forward a practical solution for the comprehensive prevention of low back pain caused by training. The practice is composed of four aspects: common sense education of low back pain,the management of waist sport,the education of daily waist health care,and the psychological education. The measurement aimed to achieve the strategic goals containing reducing the prevalence rate of low back pain,promoting the rehabilitation of patients with low back pain,boosting energy of soldiers as well as the battle effectiveness.
