摘要
现阶段大学生失业的社会不公平因素凸显、大学生失业群体呈现校园周边聚居化、蚁族化、游民化趋势,这使得大学生失业引发社会危机链式反应的风险激增。大学生失业问题在家庭重大变故、世代积贫、少数民族大学生群体性失业、就业歧视、就业腐败以及媒体的不当宣传等导火线下,极易引发社会重大危机。文章从贝克风险社会理论风险分配的逻辑出发,分析了大学生失业的人力资源效用损失、贫困代际传递、心理失衡、非理性冲动等社会风险及其演化路径,并从大学生失业补偿、失业社会风险预警、危机应急管理和多元治理体系等方面提出了对策建议。
Currently, the social crisis risk of chain reaction is increased by the problem of college students＇ unemployment, which are manifested by the unfair problem of college students＇ employ- ment, the campus surrounded by the unemployed college students, and the vagrant and ant tribe of the unemployed college students. College students＇ unemployment problem is easy to cause the major social crisis, with the powder hose like the significant changes in family of the unemployed, the inter generational transmission of poverty, the mass unemployment of minority college students, the em- ployment discrimination, employment corruption and improper news report. Using Beck＇s social crisis theory, the article analyzes the crisis and its development path of college students＇ unemployment from the aspects of human capital loss, inter generational transmission of poverty, mental imbalance and ir- rational impulse. Finally, the authors delivers some social crisis control suggestions from the prospec- tive of college students＇ unemployment compensation mechanism, the unemployment risk early war- ning system, crisis emergency management and the unemployment comprehensive governance system.
