摘要
针对传统人才培养模式中专业建设与行业发展相脱节、传统实践教学体系不利于学生岗位迁移和可持续发展的现象,积极推行"工学结合",构建"旺出淡归、分阶段、多学期"教学模式。突出人才培养内容的"针对性"、学生职业能力培养的"递进性"和实践教学过程的"开放性"。
The separation of professional construction and industry development in traditional personnel training mode and the traditional practice teaching system are not in favour of students' job migration and sustainable development. The tourism management specialty of Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College broke through the traditional six-semester system and actively implemented "combination of work and study" according to the tourism slack and peak seasons in Xiangyang City, Western Hubei and Hubei Province. It explored and implemented the teaching mode of practice in the tourism enterprises in peak seasons and return to college to study in slack seasons. There is a certain guidance and reference significance for other colleges and specialties.
