摘要
工程通过采用临时工作井与相邻基坑同步施工、设置永久微型工作井并分部实施工作井结构、采用水平MJS工艺施工顶管进出洞加固等技术措施,克服了工程建设场地极端狭小、相邻工程施工工期冲突、管线密集等困难,保障了顶管的顺利吊出和地块后期接入,为能源管沟工程和开发商地块建设均能安全、按期完成起到了关键作用。
In this project, some technical measures are taken to solve the difficulties of the extremely narrow construction site, conflict of construction time with adjacent project and dense pipelines. These measures are the synchronous construction of a temporary operation well with the adjacent foundation pit, the partial construction of permanent micro operation well, and the use of horizontal MJS technology for reinforcement of departure and reception of pipe jacking in order to safeguard the smooth hoisting out and land post-switching in of jacking pipe, which play a key role in keeping both energy trench and block project completed safely and on schedule.
