摘要
从内蒙古查明有色金属的主要特点和找矿潜力等诸多方面入手,分析了自治区有色金属产业发展的优势:1生产能力不断扩大;2装备水平不断提高;3资源保障能力大幅提升;4核心企业迅速成长。同时也指出了有色金属产业发展中的制约因素:1产业结构不合理;2环境承载力有限;3水资源贫乏。在此基础上,提出了有色金属产业发展的4点政策建议:1优化有色金属产业布局;2合理配置资源,完善产品结构;3创新制度,推动大型有色金属矿业企业成长;4培养人才队伍,推动科技创新。
According to the features of the proven non-ferrous metal and its exploration potential in Inner Mongolia,this research analyzed the strengths of the development of non-ferrous metal industry in this area as follows：production capacity enlarges continuously;the level of equipment has undergone constant improvement;resource guarantee capacity is improved significantly;core enterprises have been growing rapidly.Besides,some limitations of the development of non-ferrous metal industry were found as follows：unreasonable industrial structure;limited environmental bearing capacity;water shortages.Based on these limitations,four policy suggestions on how to improve the development of non-ferrous metal industry were provided：optimizing distribution of non-ferrous metal industry;collocating recourses reasonably and improving product structure;developing the institutional innovation to promote the growth of large nonferrous metal enterprises;cultivating talents to develop technological innovation.
