摘要
为了研究外部载荷对离合器摩擦副实际接触面积占名义接触面积比例的影响,利用Nano Map-D轮廓仪测量离合器摩擦片的表面形貌,得到表面形貌的评定参数;利用统计学原理建立摩擦副的实际接触面积模型,并运用Matlab软件对接合面接触模型进行仿真分析,获得接触模型的变化规律;最后利用感压试验验证了接触模型在离合器摩擦副工作油压范围内的有效性。分析结果显示,工作油压在0.5~1.5 MPa之间时,实际接触面积占名义接触面积的比例y与平均接触压力p之间的关系可近似为y=0.004p^3-0.028p^2+0.1305p,且在0.5 MPa和1.25 MPa时,误差小于5%。研究表明,在工作油压范围内,可得到离合器摩擦副外部载荷和实际接触面积占名义接触面积比例之间的关系。
In order to study the relation between load and the proportion of real contact area in nominal contact area in friction pairs of clutches, Nanomap-D profiler was used to measure the face of the friction plates to obtain the assessment parameters of surface topography. The model of real contact area in friction pairs was built and it got the variation regularity of the contact model, and analyzed by Matlab. The regularity was proved valid within the working oil pressure by pressure sensitive testing. The analysis results show the proportion of real contact area in nominal contact area y=0. 004p3-0. 028p2+0. 1305p, where p represents average pressure and the error is less than 5% in the case of 0.5 MPa and 1.25 MPa. It's presented that the relation between load and the proportion of real contact area in nominal contact area in friction pairs of clutches during the working oil pressure.
