摘要
以锆英砂制备锆化合物的三个主要途径为主线,重点对我国硅酸锆、电熔氧化锆、氯氧化锆及其再制品氧化锆、硫酸锆和碳酸锆的制备技术进步及未来发展趋势进行综合评述。指出中国锆化合物产业结构非常不合理,低附加值产品生产能力严重过剩且落后,而高附加值产品的生产能力不足或没有;未来应通过设备改造升级和制备技术创新进步,使低端产品产业向节能、无污染的方向发展,同时开发品种齐全的各类锆化合物高端产品制备技术并产业化,使我国锆化合物产业结构日趋合理。
Technological progress and future development of preparation for zirconium silicate, fused zirconia, zirconium oxychloride, zirconia, zirconium sulfate in China were reviewed in this paper, focusing on three main ways of zirconium compound production from zircon sand. The problems of irrational structure of zirconium compound industry, redundant and backward capacity of low value-added products, and insufficient or no capacity of high valueadded products were noted. It was suggested to develop low-end products industry to energy-saving, pollution-free direction by device upgrade and technological innovation, then develop preparation technology of full range of high-end zirconium compound products and make industrialization, so that the industrial structure will become more rational.
