摘要
目的:优化金莲花碱的合成路线。方法:以3,4-二甲氧基苯乙胺为起始原料,经酰化、环合、脱甲基反应得到目标化合物。结果:目标产物结构经1H-NMR和MS确证,产率为30.7%。结论:该合成方法原料易得、操作相对简单、成本较低,易于大量合成。
Objective: To synthesize( ±)-trolline and optimize the process. Methods: Using 3,4-dimethoxy phenethylamine as starting material,( ±)-trolline was synthesized via a three-step procedure as acetylation,cyclization and protective reaction. Results: The structure of the product was confirmed by1H-NMR and MS. The overall yield was 30. 7%. Conclusion: The method is suitable for large scale synthesis because of its advantages of facile operation and relatively lower cost.
