万众创新视域下“旅游市场营销”教学改革探微

摘要 进入新世纪,高校旅游管理学科建设取得重大进展,高素质旅游人才培养水平显著提升。"旅游市场营销"作为旅游管理专业的核心课程之一,在高素质旅游人才培养中发挥着关键作用。但是,在"旅游市场营销"教学实际中,教学效果较差、权威性日渐稀释、忽视大学生创新意识培养、轻视大学生新媒体营销思维训练,成为制约高素质旅游人才培养的四大难题。有鉴于此,必须通过新媒体强化与大学生的沟通,提高教学效果;积极促进旅游市场营销理论与就业热点深度融合;着眼于培育大学生创新意识,推动课堂教学改革;着力于培养大学生新媒体营销思维,拓展教学渠道。 In the new century, the discipline construction of tourism management has achieved great progress in colleges and universities, having significantly improved the cultivation level of tourism talents. As a core course for the major of tourism man- agement, "Tourism Marketing" plays a key role in cultivating high-quality tourism talents. In the teaching practice of "Tourism Marketing", however, there are four major problems restricting the cultivation of high-quality tourism talents, including poor teaching effect, a lack of authority, neglect of the cultivation of college students' innovation awareness and disdain for the train- ing of college students' thinking of new media marketing. In view of this, we must take the following measures: enhancing the com- munication with college students through new media and improv- ing the teaching effect; actively promoting the deep integration between theories on tourism marketing and hot issues in employ- ment; focusing on the cultivation of college students' innovation awareness and promoting classroom teaching reform; laying em- phasis on the cultivation of college students' thinking of new me- dia marketing and expanding the channels of teaching.
