摘要
宪法教育在我国法治教育中处于基础和核心地位,在中小学开展宪法教育对学生、学校和国家均具有十分重要的意义。但是,从过去的法制教育,到现在的法治教育,宪法教育一直处于边缘化地位,没有受到应有的重视。学校应转变观念,提高认识,高度重视宪法教育,从课程教学、实践活动、师资队伍建设、学校管理等方面进行改进,并充分利用新媒体,采取更加灵活多样的教育方法和途径。
The education of constitution is the foundation of law education in China, so it is of great significance for students,schools and the country to carry out the education of constitution in primary and secondary schools. However, from the legal education of the past to the rule of law education now, the education of constitution has been marginalized in position, and did not receive due attention. Schools should change ideas, improve awareness and attach great importance to the education of constitution. It should be improved from the curriculum teaching, practice, construction of the team of teachers, school management and other aspects. What＇s more, primary and secondary schools should make full use of the new media and take more flexible ways to conduct the education of constitution.
