摘要
在汽车工业应用领域,环氧结构胶在金属结构粘接工艺中发挥重要作用。除了要求固化后有很好的粘接强度,良好的冲击剥离韧度是评价结构胶耐碰撞性能的重要指标。本文结合产品开发实践,对影响冲击剥离韧度的几个方面,包括:测试试件类型、增韧剂的使用、粘接界面属性、环境温度做了初步研究。研究表明,不对称型试件测试结果较对称型偏大,未增韧配方几乎无明显冲击韧性,粘接界面属性和环境测试温度对冲击强度的影响跟选用的增韧剂性质有密切关系。
In automotive production,the epoxy structural adhesives play an important role in metallic structures.In addition to strong adhesion strength after curing,the good dynamic resistance to cleavage is another major concern to evaluate the crash durability of structural adhesives.In this paper,the author studied some major aspects to influence the dynamic resistance to cleavage,including specimen type,involvement of toughener in formulations,interface property and environment temperature.The results suggested that the asymmetric specimens exhibited a little bit larger dynamic resistance to cleavage compared to symmetric ones.The non-toughened formulation had no clear crash durable feature.The interface property and temperature could affect the dynamic resistance to cleavage,depending on the nature of used toughener.
