摘要
针对某高功率密度柴油机的燃烧过程进行了仿真计算,设计了三种燃烧室方案进行对比,研究了燃烧室深度和缩口直径对温度、放热率,排放、湍动能以及微观速度场的影响规律。对比结果表明,燃烧室几何形状影响缸内气流分布,A型在缩口处容易产生热负荷,排放高,C型缩口较小,缸内气流运动较弱,放热速率小,Soot排放较高,确定了型为NOB合理的燃烧室形状,为高功率密度柴油机的优化设计提供了参考。
The combustion process of a high power density diesel engine is simulated and calculated in this paper. Three kinds of combustion chamber schemes are designed and compared. The influence of the combustion chamber depth and reentrant diameter on the combustion process is investigated by temperature, heat release rate, emissions, turbulent kinetic energy and microcosmic fields. The results indicate that Combustion chamber geometry shape Mfects air flow distribution in cylinder, A type at the mouth is prone to heat load, NO emission is higher, C type shrinkage is smaller, and the air flow in the cylinder is weak, the heat release rate is small, and the soot emission is higher, and the type of B is determined for reasonable combustion chamber shape. It provides a reference for the optimal design of high power density diesel engine.
