摘要
以2011~2015年广西高校毕业生为例,根据毕业生的本科专业学科分布及其初次就业情况、毕业去向、就业地域流向等相关数据,对大数据在监测中应用情况展开分析,阐释大数据在毕业生就业监测预警中所面临的问题和挑战,并在此基础上提出破解相关问题的有效途径,以期发挥毕业生就业状况的大数据分析对高等教育教学的反馈作用,促进人才培养与区域经济社会发展的紧密对接。
Based on related data collected from college graduates in Guangxi from 2011 to 2015, such as distribution of specialty and discipline, initial employment, employment direction and location after graduation, etc., this paper analyzes the application of Big Data in the monitoring, points out the problems and challenges in the monitoring and early warning of college graduates employment, thereby proposes effective solutions so that the Big Data analysis of college graduates employment can produce certain feedback on higher education to build a close link between talent cultivation and regional economic and social development.
