摘要
女性绝经后,体内雌激素水平大幅下降,并随之伴发身体各部分的功能下降,其中口腔健康问题尤为显著。全身骨质流失使得颌骨的骨质流失速度加快,牙周组织内相关因子的分泌量因雌激素缺乏而发生变化,进而提高牙周病的发病率;此外,灼口综合征及口干症等也是绝经后女性的口腔高发疾病。本文就绝经后女性口颌面部普遍高发的相关疾病与症状的机制作出综述。
Estrogen levels significantly decrease in postmenopausal women, and with parts of the body function decline,especially the oral health problems. Due to the deficiency of estrogen, the secretion of the related factors in the periodontal tissues changes; and systemic bone loss makes the jaw bone loss faster. Therefore, the incidence of periodontal disease increases. In addition, burning mouth syndrome together with xerostomia are both high incidence of oral diseases in postmenopausal women. This paper reviews the mechanisms about the high incidence of oral and maxillofacial common diseases in postmenopausal women.
