摘要
目的:探讨不同背景色对IPS E.max双层瓷结构颜色的影响。方法:体外制作牙本质瓷、金合金、钴铬合金、氧化锆、冠核树脂5种背景材料,将E.max试样置于5种不同的背景材料表面,测定色度值,并计算色差值,进行单因素方差分析及组间均数两两比较的q检验。结果:5种不同背景下E.max试样的L值、a值、b值存在组间显著性差异,P<0.05。由高到低排序如下,L值:氧化锆的背景>牙本质的背景和树脂的背景>金合金的背景>钴铬合金的背景。a值:牙本质的背景>金合金的背景>氧化锆的背景>树脂的背景>钴铬合金的背景。b值:牙本质的背景>金合金的背景>氧化锆和树脂的背景>钴铬合金的背景。E.max全瓷底层的材料会在任意两种不一样背景下色差值均可被人眼所辨别,△E>1.5。结论:金属背景对饰瓷后的E.max LT双层瓷结构的颜色影响较为明显,修复前应对桩核做相应的遮色处理。纤维桩或氧化锆树脂核修复的病例,可选择E.max LT底层材料进行修复,而不需要额外的遮色处理。
objective: To study effects of different background colors on IPS E.max bilayer ceramic. Methods: Five kinds of background material, including dentin ceramic, gold alloys, cobalt-chromium alloy, zirconia, core resin, were made in vitro. Chromatic values of specimens were measured under the conditions of 5 different background colors. Chromatic aberration was calculated, single-factor analysis of variance and q-test were done. Results: There were significant difference among 5 group chromatic value, including L value, a value and b value, P〈0.05. Descending sequence were as follows, L value: zirconia〉 dentin ceramic and resin〉 gold alloy〉 cobalt chromium alloy; a value: dentin〉 gold alloy〉 zirconia〉 resin〉 cobalt chromium alloy; b Values: dentin ceramic〉 gold alloy〉 zirconia and resin〉 cobalt chromium alloy. Chromatic aberration between E.max groups on any two different background color could be discerned by human eye, AE〉1.5. Conclusion: Effect of metal background is obvious, so that opaque process is important before restoration. E.max LT substrate material can be chosen in the case of zirconia or core resin core restoration.
