摘要 采用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)对PBS/滑石粉复合材料进行了增韧改性,研究了改性后材料力学性能、结晶性能、热性能和断面形貌的变化。力学性能测试结果表明:TPU的加入明显提高了复合材料的缺口冲击强度,当TPU质量分数为5%时,复合材料的缺口冲击强度提高了115%;DSC和XRD结果表明:改性后复合材料的结晶度较PBS/滑石粉复合材料降低14.32%;通过SEM的观察:改性后的复合材料发生了明显的塑性形变。研究表明:TPU对PBS/滑石粉复合材料的增韧效果明显,且其增韧过程可以用半互穿网络聚合物的增韧机理来解释。 The modification on toughening of PBS/talc composite was studied by thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU). The mechanical performance, crystallinity, section morphology and thermal property of modified composite were studied. Mechanical properties test results showed that the addition of TPU significantly improved the notched impact strength of the composite material, when the TPU parts by adding quantity was 5% , the notched impact strength of the composite material could be increased 115%. DSC and XRD results showed that the crystallinity of modified composite material was reduced 14.32% than the PBS/talc composite. Through the observation of SEM, the modified composite had obvious plastic deformation. It showed that the toughening effect of PBS/talc composite by TPU was obvious,and the toughening process could be explained by the half interpenetrating network polymer toughening mechanism.
