摘要
目的：探讨先天性心脏病合并重症肺炎患儿的护理措施。方法：选择2013年6月~2015年6月我院收治的先天性心脏病合并重症肺炎患儿60例作为研究对象进行综合性护理,包括环境护理、心理护理、健康教育、呼吸道护理等。结果：患儿平均住院时间为（17.9±14.4）d。45例患儿治愈出院,6例患儿肺部感染二次感染住院治疗。8例行先天性心脏病修补术后治愈出院,1例患者因病情严重放弃治疗。结论：针对先天性心脏病合并重症肺炎患儿实施有效的综合性护理,可以有效提升临床疗效、降低不良反应发生率。
Objective： To discuss clinical nursing measures for children patients with congenital heart disease and severe pneumonia. Methods： Selected 60 cases of children patients with congenital heart disease and severe pneumonia cured in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 as study objects and provided them with comprehensive nursing,including environmental nursing,mental nursing,health education,respiratory tract nursing and so on. Results： Average hospital stay of children patients was（ 17. 9 ± 14. 4） days. Among them,45 children patients were cured and left hospital,6 children patients suffered from secondary infection,8 children patients were cured and left hospital after repair for congenital heart disease and 1 children patient abandoned treatment due to severe disease. Conclusion： Providing effective and comprehensive nursing that is targeted at children patients with congenital heart disease and severe pneumonia,can effectively improve clinical effects and reduce occurrence rate of untoward effects.
