摘要
高校学生干部是推动高校学生管理工作的核心力量和骨干依靠,是联系老师和学生的重要桥梁和纽带,但新时期下高校学生干部管理工作存在着管理过细、没有充分考虑学生干部的需求、缺乏竞争机制等问题,从新公共管理理论视角出发,分析存在这些问题的原因,思考如何借助新公共管理理论的核心理念,解决学生干部管理的问题,不断创新高校学生干部管理工作。
College student cadres are the pushing force at the core of the management of college students and backbone to rely on, the important bridge and link between teachers and students. But in the new period, existing problems are as follows： meticulous management, no full consideration to the needs of student cadres, and lack of competitive mechanism. In the perspective of the new public management theory, this paper analyzes reasons for the existing problems, and considers how to solve these problems by using the core idea of the new public management theory.
