摘要
针对冷量流失、除霜、散热、制冷工质分流不均等方面进行了能耗研究。试验结果表明,采用聚氨酯整体喷涂、水除霜、风冷冷凝器水蒸发冷凝系统、高效分液器能够有效降低果蔬贮藏冷库能耗,提高制冷机工作效率,达到节能环保的目的。另外,数字信息化冷库运行管理和建立冷库应用规范有利于进一步促进节能体系建设。
In this paper,energy consumption caused by cooling capacity loss,defrost,heat dissipation,and unequal distribution of refrigerant is researched. The test results show that:by spraying polyurethane,water defrosting and air- cooled condenser water evaporation condensation system,high efficient liquid can effectively reduce the energy consumption of fruit and vegetable cold storage,improve the work efficiency of the refrigerating machine,and achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection. In addition,operation and management of digital information storage and establish cold storage application specification is conducive to further promote the construction of energy- saving system.
