摘要
针对长时间持续监控振动工况下大数据量存储容量有限的问题,基于现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)构建了一种振动信号在线倍频程处理系统,该系统可以在长时间的监测条件下,对庞大的监测数据进行压缩。经实际工况运行测试与倍频程分析表明,振动数据被大幅压缩,压缩比可达1/420。
In order to solve the problem of limited storage capacity during the long and continuous working condition monitoring of vibration, an online octave process system of vibration signal is set up based on Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). This system is capable of compressing the volume of the monitoring data. Vibration signals are substantial compressed and the compression ratio is high up to 1/420 via actual working tests and octave band analysis.
