不同催化剂对茂名大中空料等温结晶性能影响 被引量:2

Effect of Different Catalysts on the Isothermal Crystallization of Maoming Medium and Large Sized Materials

摘要 针对茂名石化采用进口催化剂生产的高密度聚乙烯TR571M,在200 L大桶专用上存在刚韧平衡性差的问题,装置改用国产新型催化剂用于生产TR571M。我们通过采用差示扫描量热仪,对不同催化剂的TR571M进行了等温结晶动力学表征研究,实验结果表明,使用国产催化剂的TR571M,其达到最大结晶速率时的时间和半结晶时间缩短了近20%,结晶速率提高近50%,改善了TR571M的刚韧平衡性,同时由等温结晶过程中得到的Avrami指数n知道,国产催化剂不改变TR571M晶体的生长方式。 Aimed at the production of high density polyethylene TR571 M adopted by imported catalysts in Maoming Petrochemical Company,200 L barrels existed rigid tough balance problem and device used domestic new type catalyst for the production TR571 M. Through the use of differential scanning calorimetry, isothermal crystallization kinetics characterization of TR571 M with different catalysts was studied,the experimental results showed that using domestic catalyst TR571 M,it reached a maximum crystallization time and half crystallization time shortened the nearly 20%,crystallization rate increased by nearly 50%,improved the rigid tough balance of TR571 M and through the isothermal crystallization process of Avrami exponent n,domestic catalyst did not change TR571 M crystal growth.
