摘要
目的了解我院中药颗粒剂的应用情况,为临床合理应用提供依据和参考。方法利用我院计算机系统数据库,统计分析我院2012—2014年中药颗粒剂的使用和销售情况。结果我院2012—2014年中药颗粒剂在中药总处方数的比例和销售金额是逐年递增的,其中清热药、补益药、活血化瘀药、理气药和利水渗湿药使用量一直排名靠前。结论中药颗粒剂作为中药使用形式之一,可与其他使用方法形成互补,共同促进中医药现代化的进程,为广大患者提供更好的服务。
Objective To learn the application of traditional Chinese medicinal granules and to provide references for clinic reasonable usage of this kind of products. Methods According to our hospital computer database,a analysis was conducted on the consumption of the traditional Chinese medicinal granules between 2012 and 2014. Results Over the recent 3 years,the consumption of the traditional Chinese medicinal granules in our hospital increased year by year,and dominating the first 5 places were Qinre,Buyi,Huoxue Huayu,Liqi and Lishui Shenshi granular drugs. Conclusions Being one of usage forms,Chinese granular drugs can promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide better service for most patients.
