摘要
目的观察温阳健脾方治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法在我院内科门诊收集符合老年功能性便秘标准的患者60例,60例老年功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。治疗组采用温阳健脾方加减治疗,对照组口服酚酞片治疗,1个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率80.0%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳健脾方治疗老年功能性便秘疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of warming yang for strengthening spleen prescription in the treatment of senile functional constipation. Methods 60 cases of patients with senile functional constipation were collected in our hospital,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and each group had 30 patients. The treatment group was treated by modified warming yang for strengthening spleen prescription. The control group was treated by oral Phenolphthalein tablets. The clinical effect was judged after a course of treatment.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 3% which was obviously better than 80. 0% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： The warming yang for strengthening spleen prescription in the treatment of senile functional constipation has significant effect.
