摘要
目的探讨超声引导下微波联合中医中药治疗肝癌的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月—2014年6月我院收治的原发性肝癌患者126例,随机分成两个组,观察组66例行超声引导下微波联合中医中药治疗,对照组60例实施超声引导下微波消融治疗,治疗观察12周,比较两组患者免疫功能改变情况、近期治疗效果、患者功能状态和生存质量评价。结果两组患者治疗后免疫功能指标均明显优于治疗前,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CD+3、CD+4、NK细胞数量及IFN-γ水平较对照组明显升高,CD+4CD+25细胞数量明显降低,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤血供消失率、肿瘤坏死率明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Karnofsky(KPS)功能状态评分和生存质量评价明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下微波联合中医中药治疗肝癌,能够明显改善患者免疫功能指标,提高近期治疗效果,调节身体免疫平衡,提高生存生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microwave combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of liver cancer. Methods From January 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital,126 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 66 cases underwent ultrasound guided microwave combined with Chinese herbal medicine.The control group of 60 cases implemented ultrasound guided microwave ablation therapy. The treatment continued for 12 weeks,immune function changes,the recent therapeutic effect,patient functional status and quality of life assessment were compared. Results After treatment,the immune function indexes of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The CD＋3,CD4＋,NK cell quantity and IFN gamma levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the number of CD4＋CD＋25T cells of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and there were statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. The blood supply of the tumor disappearance rate and tumor necrosis rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and there was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Karnofsky（ KPS） functional status score and evaluation of the quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and there was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Microwave combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of liver cancer guided by ultrasound in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma（ HCC） can significantly improve the immune function and the therapeutic effect in the near future,adjust the immune balance of the body,and increase the survival quality of life.
