摘要
目的设计和研究一种焊条包装盒自动开盒成型装置,实现焊条自动包装机自动装盒。方法通过对焊条包装现状的调研与分析,结合焊条生产企业实际生产现状和焊条包装方式,分析了焊条包装自动开盒装置开盒动作的工艺流程,设计了一种适合焊条包装机自动开盒成型的装置,并建立机构运动数学模型,确定了开盒装置的取盒位移、送盒位移、开盒位移以及开盒卡槽的尺寸。结果该装置以气缸为动力机构,在PLC程序控制器控制下各功能部件动作协调有序,能自动连续完成焊条包装盒片的吸取、推送、撑开等一系列动作。结论该自动开盒装置取盒、推盒、开盒动作稳定、可靠,结构简单,解决了焊条自动包装机自动装盒的技术难题。
In this paper, a forming device of automatic box opener for welding rod packing box was studied and designed, in order to realize automatic cartooning of welding rod packing machine. Through investigation and analysis on the current status of the welding rod packing, according to the actual production status of welding rod production enterprise and welding rod packing method, the process flow of box opening action of the automatic opener for welding rod packing device was analyzed, thus a kind of welding rod packing machine suitable for automatic box opening molding device was designed, a motion mathematical model was established for the device, and the displacement of taking the box, the displacement of delivering the box, the displacement of box opening and the dimensions of box opening slot were identified. The device used cylinder as the power mechanism, the functional units were coordinated in an orderly manner under the control of the PLC program controller, enabling the series of actions including drawing and taking the welding rod packing box, pushing and delivering, followed by opening. The automatic box opener showed stable and reliable performance in taking box, pushing box, and opening box, and had simple structure, which solved the technical problems of automatic cartooning of welding rod automatic packing machine.
