高温处理后高强钢丝性能变化试验研究

摘要 对3种不同直径的高强钢丝经不同高温作用后的力学性能进行试验,分析其表观特征、极限强度、颈缩率及应力-应变曲线与温度的关系。试验结果表明:加热温度400-500℃时,试件表面变暗红;温度达到600℃以上时,试件表面发黑;加热温度超过500℃以后,3种钢丝的极限强度随温度的升高均明显下降;3种钢丝的颈缩率随温度变化的趋势基本相同,在温度达700℃时颈缩率最大;3种钢丝的应力-应变曲线,在温度达700℃时有明显的屈服台阶,其他温度无明显屈服台阶。 The paper looked into the mechanical performance of three high strength steel wires of different radius subject to different high temperatures.Afterwards,it studieed the apparent features,strength limit,necking ratio and the relation between temperature changes and stress-strain curves.The results indicate that the specimens change into a dark red color under the temperature of 400-500℃.As the temperature climbs up to 600℃,the specimens turn black.While under 500℃,the strength limits of all three specimens drop sharply with the rise in temperature.All three wires bear resemblance in terms of the development trend of necking ratios /which reach their limits at the temperature of 700℃.The stress-strain curves in all cases display a yield terrace at the temperature of 700℃,which are not noticed at other temperature.
