摘要
生源质量直接影响高校人才的培养质量。近几年我国高校招生规模不断扩大 ,招生形式发生了明显变化。农林院校招生中也出现了一些问题 :志愿率低、录取线及录取平均分较低 ,各类专业之间志愿不平衡、不报到学生数量增多等。做好农林院校招生工作要注意以下几个方面 :国家要从政策方面给予倾斜 ;各级政府部门、教育部门、中学要为农林院校招生创造良好的社会环境 ;农林院校要加强宣传咨询 ,加快专业改造 。
Student source quality directly affects the cultivating qulity of talents in institutions of higher education.Accompanied by the expanding students' enrolment scale,the enrolmten patters have obvious changes.The enrolment in colleges of agriculture and forestry also some problems:the low rate for the first application,lower scores for enrolment,lower avarage scores,imbalance of application among different subjects,increasing numbers of applicants who don't register.So the following should be paid great attention in the enrolment work in agricultural and forestry colleges:Fristly,preferential policies should be given by the state.Secondly,the concerned schools and government department should work together to creat a better environment for the enrolment in agricultrual and forestry colleges and universities.Thirdly,colleges and universities of agriculture and forestry should strenghten propaganda and consulting service,speed up the reform of old fashionde subjects,improve the quality of cultivation.
