凹凸棒石吸附功能陶瓷材料的制备及其低温下的晶型转变 被引量:1

摘要 以凹凸棒土、电气石为主要原料,采用可塑成型法和低温烧结法制备凹凸棒石吸附功能陶瓷材料。考察不同物料配比及烧结温度对材料性能如吸水率、收缩率及抗折强度等的影响。通过XRD和SEM表征凹凸棒石功能材料在低温下的晶型转变和微观结构,并测试样品亚甲蓝饱和吸附量(吸蓝量)评价其吸附性质。实验结果表明:当电气石和凹凸棒土的质量配比为30∶70时,在800℃烧结温度下,可制备出吸水率为34.53%、抗折强度为3.2MPa的凹凸棒石吸附功能陶瓷材料,符合国家过滤废水用陶瓷球性能指标。 Using attapulgite and tourmaline as main raw materials,an adsorption functional material was prepared by plastic molding and low temperature sintering.It was investigated how the different raw material ratios and sintering temperatures have effects on the performance of the attapulgite absorption functional material including water absorption,shrink rate and flexural strength.Besides,crystal transition and microstructure of the materials were also studied by XRD and SEM.Furthermore,methylene blue adsorption was obtained from the adsorption experiment.It is showed that the sample has optimal performances with water adsorption of 34.53%,flexural strength of 3.2Mpa when the sintering temperature is at 800℃ and the weight ratio of tourmaline and attapulgite is 30∶70,which meets the national standard of the performance index of ceramic ball used for wasted water filtration.
