摘要
目的分析2011—2014年山东省青州市人布鲁氏菌病（Brucellosis）疫情的分布特征,为预防控制布病提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法和Excel 2000软件对青州市2011—2014年布病的流行地区、时间,患者年龄、性别、人群分布等情况进行分析。结果青州市2011—2014年共报告布病病例207例。布病发病时间多集中在3—8月,发病地区以谭坊镇（44例）、黄楼办事处（36例）、云门山办事处（20例）和邵庄镇（20例）居多,占发病总数的57.97%（120/207）;布病发病年龄以30~60岁青壮年为主,占发病总数的67.63%（140/207）,发病人群以农民为主,占发病总数的90.82%（188/207）,男女性别比例为2.23∶1（143/64）。结论青州市2011—2014年布病发病率逐年上升,具有明显的人群分布特点。
Objective To analyze epidemical characteritics of Brucellosis from 2011 to 2014 in Qingzhou City, Shangdong Province and provide a scientific basis in prevention and control of Brucellosis. Methods The discriptive epidemical method and Excel 2000 software were carried out in analyzing investigated data from epidemic area, time, patient＇ s age, gender and population distribution 2011--2014 in Qingzhou City, according to National Disease Surveillance Information Reporting System. Results A total of 207 Brucellosis cases were reported 2011--2014 in Qingzhou City, the average an- num incidence rate was 5.65/105 , and the Brucellosis incidence increased from 1.90/105 to 13.29/105 , it was a slightly higher from Mar. to Aug. , which was related to a certain situation in the local area. There were 44, 36, 20 and 20 cases in Tanfang, Huanglou, Yunmenshan and Shaozhuang township, respectively, the cases accounted for 57.97% （120/ 207 }. The age distribution mainly focused on young adults 30 to 60 years accounted for 67.63% （ 140/207 ） , gender dis- tribution was predominantly male, the ratio was 2.59 ： 1 for male and female patients, professional distribution was mainly farmer accounted for 90.82% （ 188/207 ）. Conclusion Brucellosis incidence increased yearly form 2011 to 2014 in Qingzhou City, which had an obvious property in contact with profession.
