摘要
根据最新颁布的《公路桥涵施工技术规范》的要求,以粉煤灰、硅灰、减水剂、膨胀剂、纤维素、消泡剂为原材料,配制了预应力孔道压浆剂.首先通过试验系统研究了各种原材料对压浆剂的流动度和抗压强度的影响,然后应用响应面法对配合比进行了优化.试验结果表明:减水剂用量会使压浆料流动度增大,而硅灰、粉煤灰则在一定程度上提高浆液的流动度.优化后的压浆料流动度在16 s以内,而抗压强度7 d、28 d分别能达到60 Mpa、74 MPa以上,且同组数据误差均在10%以内,强度变异性显著降低,能够满足工程需要.
According to the latest "Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Bridges and Culverts", a new kind of prestressed duct grouting material was made up with fly ash, silica, plasticizer, expansive agent, cellulose and defoamer. In the experiment, a systematic study of the influence of various raw materials and grouting agent fluidity and compressive strength was done, and mix proportion was optimized by using the response surface method. The test results show that: reducing agent dosage can make the pressure slurry flow increasea nd silica fume, fly ash in a certain extent,improve the fluidity of slurry. The optimized pressure slurry fluidity within 15 s, compressive strength of 7 d can reach more than 60 MPa, 28 d is more than 74 MPa, and the same set of data errors are within 10% —— the variability has decreased significantly.
