摘要
目的研究锚固段直径、扩大头直径、锚固段长度、扩大头长度对锚杆受力和稳定性的影响,为扩大头锚杆的设计和施工提供理论依据.方法基于某风电场工程实例,通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS求解不同结构参数下的扩大头锚杆受力特征及周围土层的变形情况和其对锚杆自身的竖向位移的影响.结果锚固段长度增加,使其水平位移逐渐变小后趋于稳定;锚杆锚固段直径的增加,使其周边土层的变形程度减小,同时锚杆轴向力缓慢减小.结论扩大头锚杆锚固段长度为6 m,扩大头长度为0.5 m,锚固段直径为150 mm时,在控制土地变形和锚杆自身位移方面效果最好.扩大头锚杆结构参数对其自身受力及稳定性的影响很大,为以后在扩大头锚杆方面的研究设计与施工理论提供了一定借鉴.
In order to know the influence in force and stability for bolts,the diameter of anchorage segment,the diameter of bit expanded bolt head,the length of anchorage segment and the length of expanded bolt head was studied. with finite element analysis software ABAQUS to analysis a certain wind farm engineering example,which knows the stress characteristics of different structural parameters of the bit expanded bolt and influence of structure parameters on the deformation of surrounding soil and the vertical displacement of bolts. With the increase of the length of anchorage segment,the horizontal displacement becomes smaller and more stable. With the increase of the diameter of the anchorage segment,the deformation degree of the surrounding soil layer decreases,and then the axial force decreases slowly. When the length of the anchorage segment of the bit expanded bolt is 6 m,the length of the bit expanded bolt head is 0. 5 m,and the length of the anchorage segment is 150 mm,which is best combination for controlling the deformation in the surrounding soil layer and bolts. The structure parameters of the bit expanded bolt make a great differenceon their own strength and stability. It provides a theoretical basis for the design and construction of the bit expanded bolt.
