摘要
目的研究在手术前行心理干预护理对甲状腺癌手术效果的影响。方法对我院收治的80例患者按其入院的时间进行分组,即对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组行常规心理护理,观察组在常规心理护理的基础上行心理干预,对两组患者的血压、心率、焦虑程度进行观察与比较。结果观察组患者的血压、心率和焦虑值低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对甲状腺癌患者在手术前行心理干预,其效果优于常规护理,利于手术的进行。
Objective To study the effect of preoperative psychological nursing intervention for thyroid cancer surgery. Methods According to the time of admission,80 cases of patients in our hospital were divided into two groups,namely control group and observation group,40 cases in each group,control group was treated with routine psychological nursing,observation group,on the basis of routine psychological nursing,was taken by psychological intervention,to compare and observe the blood pressure,heart rate and the level of anxiety of two groups. Results The blood pressure,heart rate and the level of anxiety in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of preoperative psychological intervention on patients with thyroid cancer surgery is better than that of routine nursing,which is beneficial to the operation.
