摘要
目的探讨人文关怀在儿外科优质护理中的运用。方法自2015年5月外科成立以来我科在各项护理工作中都实施人文关怀,关怀的对象是所有住在外科的住院患儿,每月进行满意度调查。结果住院及出院病人的满意度调查结果在97分以上。结论将人文关怀作为一种服务理念应用于儿科的优质护理工作中,提高患儿及家长对护理的满意度。
Objective To investigate the humanistic care in high-quality nursing of pediatric surgery. Methods Since May 2015,our department surgical care implemented humanistic care in individual items,the objective was targeted at all children in hospital in surgery,satisfaction surveys at each month. Results The score of satisfaction of in-patients and discharged patients was more than 97 points. Conclusion Humanistic care as a service concept was used in high-quality nursing of pediatric surgery,which improved the degree of nursing satisfaction about children and parents.
