摘要
目的回顾性分析不同临床标本微生物检验的阳性率结果。方法于2010-2014年,选取本院28 000例患者的临床标本微生物检验资料,对其进行回顾性分析。结果经过相应的计算得到,2010-2012年阳性检出率为28.57%,同时2012-2014年检出率为25.92%,2012-2014年的临床标本微生物阳性检出率低于2010-2012年,两段时期比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论分析比较不同临床标本的微生物检验阳性率,对标本的采集进行严格化的规定,列出详细的报道,可以有效的提升诊治的效果。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the positive rate of microbiological test in different clinical samples. Methods From 2010 to 2014,the clinical samples of 2 8000 patients in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Through the corresponding calculation,from 2010 to 2012,clinical samples for microbiological positive rate was 28.57%,and from 2012 to 2014 during clinical samples for microbiological positive rate of 25.92%. In 2012 to 2014 of clinical samples for microbiological positive rate was significantly lower than that in 2010 to 2012,the difference of two periods with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Analysis and comparison of different clinical specimens of the positive rate of microbial test,the collection of specimens for the strict requirements,listed in detail,can effectively enhance the effect of diagnosis and treatment.
