摘要
目的探讨氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法将123例原发性高血压患者随机分为3组,每组41例。A组给予氨氯地平治疗,B组给予贝那普利治疗,C组给予氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗,观察血压控制情况。结果治疗后,C组日间收缩压、舒张压及晚间收缩压、舒张压下降幅度均大于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组Ang-Ⅱ水平低于A组,5-HT水平低于B组(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压安全可靠,且降压效果优于单用药物。
Objective To investigate effect of Amlodipine combined with Benazepril in the treatment of Primary Hypertension. Methods 123 patients with Primary Hypertension were randomly divided into 3 groups,41 cases in each. Group A was treated with Amlodipine,and group B was treated with Benazepril,while group C was treated with Amlodipine combined with Benazepril,then observed the blood pressure control. Results After the treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of group C in both daytime and evening were lower than that in group A and group B（P〈0.05）. Ang- Ⅱ in group C was lower than that in group A,5-HT in group C was lower than that in group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine combined with Benazepril in the treatment of Primary Hypertension is safety and reliable,and better than single drug.
