摘要
目的 调查ICU护士护理不良事件上报认知及态度,为护理不良事件的管理提供参考依据.方法 运用护理人员不良事件报告认知与态度问卷对170名ICU护士进行调查.结果 ICU护士护理不良事件上报制度认知及态度积极应答率为50.00% ~ 94.12%,总分(107.82±11.26)分,均分(3.86±0.40)分.被调查护士中,不良事件发生率75.88%;主动上报率为62.79%.ICU护士认为不良事件上报者应首先为当事人,其次为护士和医生;90.00%的ICU护士同意在医院内部系统中上报不良事件,愿以口头形式及电话上报为主;82.94%的ICU护士认为发生不良事件后的处理应以思想教育为主.结论 ICU护士护理不良事件上报制度认知及态度处于中等水平,建立高效、畅通、无障碍的不良事件上报系统,在非惩罚制度的基础上营造良好的安全文化氛围,有望改变ICU护士护理不良事件上报制度认知及态度.
Objective To investigate the cognition and attitude towards adverse event reporting among ICU nurses, so as to provide reference for the man- agement of nursing adverse events. Methods Totally, 170 ICU nurses were investigated with questionnaires of nurses'cognition and attitudes towards adverse e- vent reporting. Results The positive response rate of nursesJcognition and attitudes towards adverse events ranged from 50.00% to 94.12%, the total score was ( 107.82 ± 11.26 ), and the average score was ( 3.86 ± 0.40). The incidence of adverse events was 75.88 % among the involved nurses, while the rate of volun- tarily reporting adverse events on their own was 62.79%. ICU nurses thought that persons connected should firstly report the adverse event,then other nurses and doctors. Ninty percent of ICU nurses agreed to report adverse events in the hospital internal system by oral or telephone. After the occurrence of adverse events, 82.94% of ICU nurses thought that the improving measures should be ideological education. Conclusion The status of ICU nurses" cognition and attitudes to- wards adverse event reporting is in the medium level. Establishing an efficient, open and accessible adverse event reporting system, and create a good safety cul- ture atmosphere on the basis of no punishment are expected to change ICU nurses'cognition and attitudes towards adverse event reporting.
