摘要
运用帕累托图分析,确认影响R104移动小车故障率的关键因子,并采取引入Profibus-DP总线控制技术、改善操作现场条件、加强现场管理和操作管理等应对措施,R104移动小车时间开动率从原来的84.6%提高到96.2%,提高了设备可靠性。
The key factors affecting the fault rate of the R104 mobile dolly were found by using Pareto chart analysis. In order to reduce failure ratio,the meansures including introducing Profibus-DP bus control technology,improving operating conditions,strengthening site management and operation management were adopted. With these measures,the time starting rate of R104 mobile dolly was increased to 96. 2 % from84. 6 %,and the equipment reliability was improved.
