摘要
从可持续和低碳发展的角度来看,消费主义影响下城市居民购物出行比例的显著增加,加剧了对城市环境的负面作用。网上购物具有替代和减少传统购物出行的潜力,进而影响人们的活动-出行行为及货物运输方式。这些变动对个人出行需求管理和交通拥堵、土地利用均产生了积极作用,成为交通运输规划领域学者近几年关注的焦点。本文在梳理国内外传统消费模式的演变及其特征的基础上,从统筹个人出行和物流运输两个视角分析网上购物应用带来的交通行为的变化,评估其影响效应,为我国快速城市化背景下城市居民的可持续出行提供政策建议。
From the perspective of sustainable and low carbon development, in the last few years shopping-related travel has taken on a major role in urban transportation under the influence of consumerism. E-shopping which became popular in the world since1990 s has the potential to replace and reduce the traditional shopping trips, then affecting people's activity- travel behavior and freight transportation. These changes have had a positive effect to individual travel demand management、traffic congestion and land use. It becomes the research focus in the field of transportation in recent years. This paper on the basis of evolution characteristics on traditional consumption patterns at home and abroad, analysises the change of traval behaviour from the two perspectives of personal traval behaviour and freight transportation, assess their effects and offer policy recommendations on urban residents sustainable travel in the background of our rapid urbanization.
