妊娠前子宫肌瘤的处理 被引量：1

摘要 子宫肌瘤是女性生殖系统最常见的良性肿瘤,有近80%的妇女在其一生中都会发现患有子宫肌瘤,其中约有60%的育龄期妇女患子宫肌瘤。既往认为年轻女性中子宫肌瘤较少见,但是随着超声的应用,在无症状的年轻女性中,子宫肌瘤的发病率也在升高。最近的1项研究发现,在〈30岁的女性中,通过经阴道超声,发现有14.9%的女性患子宫肌瘤。
