搜索推广服务商虽然不是信息内容的提供者,但它却对该信息能否出现以及出现在搜索页面上的顺序具有决定权。因此,该类搜索服务商应该对与此有关信息的合法性承担责任。
Although the search marketing service providers are not providers for information, they have the final right to decide the information that could be appeared, or the order on the search emergency. Therefore, that search providers should have responsibility for the legality of related information.
