基于空间立体定位技术模型法种植导板临床精度评价 被引量:3

Clinical accuracy evaluation of dental implant surgical guide based on stereoscopic technique

摘要 目的利用基于空间立体定位技术的模型法制作口腔种植导板,对其临床精度进行评价。方法选取2013年1月至2014年3月就诊于第四军医大学口腔医院要求种植修复的牙列缺损患者20例,采取基于空间立体定位原理的改良模型法制作种植导板。在导板引导下,共植入32枚种植体,术前术后锥形束CT(CBCT)数据进行配准,比较实际种植体与虚拟种植体的偏差。结果种植体植入后肩部偏离值(1.10±0.25)mm,根部偏离值(1.76±0.38)mm,角度偏离值(5.75±2.62)°。结论基于空间立体定位技术的模型法种植导板制作简便,经济实用,精度较高,具有一定的临床应用前景。 ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical accuracy of dental implant surgical guide based on stereoscopic technique.MethodsFabricate cast-based implant surgical guide based on stereoscopic technique. In total,32 implants were inserted. Measure deviation between planned implants and actual implants after the registration of pre- and post-operative CBCT images.ResultsThe entry deviations of the implant was(1.10 ± 0.25)mm and apical deviation was(1.76 ± 0.38)mm and the axis deviation was(5.75 ± 2.62)°.ConclusionThe dental implant surgical guide based on stereoscopic technique is simple for fabrication,and it is economical and practical and accurate,which is with good prospects for clinical application.
