摘要
考虑城市交通干线高峰时段小汽车与地面公交方式分担通勤客流的协同竞争关系,引入了出行者主观出行选择偏好以及出行方式客观效用。提出了基于出行者总收益最大化的出行服务方决策模型。通过对成都市天府大道出城向机动车通勤状态的算例分析,得到了在不同需求下具有最大出行者收益的道路分担结构,证实了模型的可行性。表明能够运用此模型通过对出行者方式选择行为的影响,来促进两方式各自占用城市交通干线机动车道路资源的均衡性,实现城市交通干线出行者的效用最大化,为道路管理者对交通干线的流量管理决策与公交运营者的定价供给决策提供了一定的参考价值。
Considering the synergic competition that private cars and surface public transit means share the travelling passengers in peak time of ubran traffic artery,a traveller's subjective trip preferable choice and the objective effect of trip mode were introduced and a transport service decision model based on traveller's maximum total benefits was established. By simulating and calculating the outward motorcar moving on Chengdu Tianfu Avenue,the optimal road traffic allocation structure was obtained to meet different demands and achieve maximum traveller's benefits and the feasibility of this model was thus verified. By application of this model,the travel's trip mode choice can be influenced to promote the balance of between private car and public bus in respect of occupying motorway of urban artery and realize the traveller's mixum profits. So this model can provide some valuable suggestions to road managers and mass transit operater in traffic flow control,decisionmaking and ticket pricing.
