摘要
为了考察不同身体活动水平大学生不良行为习惯抑制能力的行为和脑电特征,在进行问卷调查的基础上,选取30名不同身体活动水平且具有不良行为习惯的大学生为研究对象,运用事件相关电位技术,记录完成经典Go/Nogo抑制控制任务时的行为反应和EEG数据。结果显示:经常运动组的反应时间快于久坐组,经常运动组对于不良行为习惯相关图片的抑制成功率优于久坐组,且经常运动组在代表抑制能力的Nogo-P3效应更加明显。可见高身体活动水平的大学生对不良行为习惯的抑制能力更强,主要通过较强的抑制能力,进而降低其对不良行为习惯,例如烟瘾、网瘾等的渴求。
In order to investigate the behavior and brain character of different physical activity level university students' misdeeds,using questionnaire as the base,30 university students in different physical activity levels were selected for research objects. Using event-related potentials technology,behavior reaction and EEG data were recorded when they completed classical Go / Nogo inhibitory task. The results showthat the reaction time of exercise group is shorter than that of sedentary group,exercise group's inhibition successful rate of pictures about misdeeds is higher than that of sedentary group,and exercise group's Nogo-P3 that represents inhibition ability is more significant. Therefore,students with high physical activity may have better inhibition ability,which can help to decrease the craving of misdeeds habit.
