摘要
专利权质押作为产权的重要方式,其对社会经济发展的价值体现的越来越明显。近些年来,随着各国对专利融资重视程度的提高,有关专利权质押有效性以及对经济发展质量的贡献程度等相关问题研究的重要性也越来越凸显。通过专利质押、专利授权和经济增长之间的关系研究,试图寻找出提升专利质押有效性的基本路径,文章分析得出专利授权和专利权质押数与经济发展的弹性系数,发现专利授权量与专利权质押量之间存在"倒挂现象",专利权质押的有效性对经济发展的影响程度不高等现象,并对产生这种现象的原因进行探讨并提出对策。
Patent pledge is an important way to property financing and its value is more clearly reflected in social economic development. In recent years,with the attention increasingly given to patent financing levels in many countries,there are more and more studies in the validity of the patent pledge and issues relating to its contribution to the quality of economic development. According to the contrast analysis of the relationships among patent pledge,patent licensing and economic growth,the elastic coefficients of patent pledge and patent licensing were obtained respectively. There is the phenomenon of upside down between patent licensing number and the patent pledge number; and the extent of the economic impact of the patent pledge validity is not high. At last,the reasons for this phenomenon were discussed and some countermeasures were given.
