摘要
低压电网欠压脱扣装置的配置情况和安全管理存在一定的问题,在电网减供负荷统计方面也存在争议。文章首先概述了低压电网欠压脱扣装置的使用与配置现状;其次,分析了欠压脱扣装置对用电设备及生产安全、人身安全等方面的影响,并通过对电网减供负荷统计方式的研究分析了欠压脱扣装置对电力安全事故处理调查的影响;最后,提出了低压电网欠压脱扣装置的配置与安全管理建议。
There are several problems on the configuration and safety management of under-voltage tripper.And there are some disputes on statistics of load curtailment.First,the current situation of application and configuration of under-voltage tripper is summarized.Then,the influences of under-voltage trippers on electrical equipment,production and personal safety are analyzed.And the influences on the handling of safety accidents of power supply are analyzed through the studies on the statistics of curtailed load.Finally,suggestions on the configuration and safety management of under-voltage tripper in lowvoltage power grid are proposed.
