摘要
为了简化配电自动化的建设和维护,提出了解决配电网自动化问题不必追求完美的理念。指出即使变电站出线断路器采用瞬时速断电流保护,馈线仍有保护配合的机会。尽管故障指示器的取电方式仍不够完美,但因其可以不停电装卸,在实际应用中尚可以接受,非常适合于大范围应用提高自动化的覆盖率。对于配电自动化系统的遥控一次成功率、分支线电流遥测精度等指标不必刻意追求完美,配电自动化终端和通信装置在失去主供电源后只需维持工作15min即可,从而使得配电自动化建设和维护简单化。
To simplify the construction and maintenance of distribution automation system(DAS),the idea of not to pursue perfectness is proposed.It is pointed out that the cooperation of relay protection on a feeder is still feasible even if the outlet circuit breaker in the substation is equipped with instantaneous over-current protection.Although the power supplying scheme of a Fault Indicator(FI)is not perfect,it is acceptable because the FI can be easily mounted and dismounted.The coverage ratio of DAS may be increased by fault indicators.It is not necessary to seek the perfectness of one-time success rate and remote measurement accuracy of branch line current.The supporting time of the back-up power supply of fifteen minutes is enough for a Feerder Terminal Unit(FTU)and its communication device.
